Hello there! I am so happy you are here.
My name is Renna Wirchin, the founder and artist behind Paint It Forward.
I was born and raised on Long Island, New York (minus the strong accent), graduated from James Madison University (Go Dukes!), and have called the City of Brotherly Love home for the past nine years and counting.
I am a medical social worker by day and also have experience teaching hand lettering workshops at a local stationery + craft shop. It's where I first started learning all about lettering! Over the past several years, I have taught myself the art of modern calligraphy + creative hand lettering with lots of inspiration from fellow calligraphers + crafters along the way. When I am not working or crafting, you can find me spending time with my family + friends, dancing, traveling, running, belting Broadway show tunes, or discovering quaint + cozy coffee shops around the city.
I will also more than likely be eating mint chocolate chip ice cream.
